Nourishing Morning Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 quart cultured buttermilk
  • 1 Avacado
  • 1/4 cup Aronia Berries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp acerola powder
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Simply add the buttermilk to a blender, add the rest of the ingredients, and blend until smooth. Make sure the coconut oil gets blended well, because chunks of this don't taste good.
