vegetables like carrots/potatoes

dried onion flakes or powder, or 1/2 fresh onion sliced

Instructions
Add the roast and then the water to the crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients. Turn the crock pot on high. Leave it for at least 8 hours. Enjoy!
