Ingredients
  

  • 3 to 5 pound lamb or beef Roast
  • 6 cups water
  • vegetables like carrots/potatoes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes or powder, or 1/2 fresh onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup celery fresh or dried

Method
 

  1. Add the roast and then the water to the crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients. Turn the crock pot on high. Leave it for at least 8 hours. Enjoy!
