These brownies are a family favorite to eat with our homemade vanilla ice cream. They only have seven ingredients and take less then 30 minutes to throw together. We use carob powder instead of cocoa powder in these brownies because we feel better when we eat carob powder rather than cocoa powder. Also, unlike cocoa, carob does not contain caffeine, and is also healthier. If you would like to buy some pecans so that you can make this recipe, click here.
