Native Soaked and Dried Pecan Pieces

Description

These are soaked and dried, lightly salted, and naturally grown (but not certified organic) native pecans grown in the USA. They are very sweet and fresh as long as they are properly stored. They are grown in a cooler climate, with slower growth making them sweeter. The company keeps them in a freezer until they send them to us, and we store them in a freezer as soon as we receive them. The company recommends storing your pecans in a refrigerator or freezer (for longer storage) right away. I have had many bitter, stale nuts that probably sat on the shelf too long and understand this too well!
