This formula was designed with the goal of reducing wrinkles and preventing new ones. The tallow is nutrient dense because it comes from cows on pasture that are never fed grain or given medications or vaccines. Tallow is one of the best natural sources of vitamin A (also called retinol). We also combine herbs and organic oils that are known to give your skin what it needs to stay healthy. We grow the herbs with compost in a wood chip garden that is never tilled. We never apply harmful chemicals to our garden or land. If we need to purchase herbs, we always purchase certified organic from a reputable company.
My Story: For years I didn’t use any facial cream, because I didn’t like the ingredients in every moisturizer on the market. My face paid dearly for it, and I finally broke down and made one several years ago that contained the best preservatives I could find. I really liked it and many sensitive customers used it, but I just wasn’t satisfied with those unnatural preservatives! I have been working on this new facial cream for a long time and I FINALLY have one that I LOVE. I figured out a way to eliminate water which grows yeast and bacteria and MUST contain a preservative. This formula is still just as hydrating, silky, and feels wonderful on the face. It takes so little that it lasts a long time. I make this in small batches in order to keep the oils and herbs fresh and to get the right consistency.

Little does go a long way! Goes on smooth. It is not greasy. I apply day and night and have not had any breakouts. My face has been balanced. Not dry or oily patches. After I smooth into my face, I wait a few minutes to let it absorb fully, doesn’t take much, but then I apply my foundation and it stays. My makeup does not ‘fade’ off. I use less foundation actually as my face is well hydrated. I feel as though my makeup does not settle into pours or fine lines. Definitely feel like I have stayed off any new wrinkles and feel as though with hydrated face I’ve reduced prior lines.

I have spent a lot of money trying to find a facial moistruizer cream. They are either very greasy or make me break out. Been using this for over a week and loving the results. My face will get oily in the fall due to needing moisturizer, using the soap and the mositurizer is helping to balance things out. I think its kind of barrier to keep the make-up from clogging my pours. Nice to have something I can put around my eyes and it doesn’t make my eyes water. Some “holistic” brands I’ve tried I can litereally taste the ingredients. I cannot taste this, this is very comparable to me. It is not greasy.

Been wanting to comment since I bought this. I love it! It’s smooth and a little bit goes a long way. I also add a drop or two of an essential oil. I had itchy spots on my arms and awful “winter feet” as in rough spots on my heels. I rub in some of this facial cream before my socks. My feet are now soft and smooth! Facial cream for feet!
