Kailey’s Barbecued Ribs

These ribs are great to throw on the grill for a delicious summer barbecue, or just to throw in the oven for an easy supper!
Kailey’s Barbecued Ribs
4 lb. pork ribs
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. sugar (I use sucanat, and honey works okay)
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. each salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin
Dash of chipotle chili powder or cayenne
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300˚.
Mix minced garlic, sugar, paprika, and seasonings in a small bowl.
Prepare ribs by trimming excess fat (but leave a little on!) and placing them on a pan.
Rub garlic mix into the ribs and bake for 2 hours.
Add barbecue sauce after baking, or brush some on and throw them on the grill for a few minutes! And that’s it!
